Well cottage is a single-storey stone barn, newly refurbished to a very high standard with a Southwest facing slate slabbed garden and patio area.

Well cottage is situated 1.1 miles from the village of Tregony the gate way to the Roseland Peninsula which boasts some of the best beaches in Cornwall an ideal location for those who like exploring the countryside or relaxing on the beach which is literally five minutes away.

Newquay airport is approx. 35 minutes away and Truro rail/bus station is 15 minutes away with car hire located at Newquay airport and in Truro ravelling need not be a chore.

The village of Tregony has many facilities, post office, Londis mini-market, dentist, doctor, large village pub which serves meals at lunch time, evening and also provides a take away menu and if you feel the need to be pampered there is a hairdressing salon with beauty salon opening soon.
