Well Close Barn is a traditional Cornish stone cottage, located at the end of a peaceful lane yet within easy reach of Crantock, Holywell (surf school available) and Porth Joke beaches. Newquay town and beaches just 4 miles and the Cathedral City of Truro 10 miles.

The area offers fishing, horse riding & golf and not forgetting Cubert Common, 150 acres of National Trust land, ideal for walking the fabulous scenic coastal paths. Pubs, restaurants, post office, village stores and bakery available in both Cubert and Crantock.

The accommodation consists of a lounge/dining room with a wood-burning stove. There are open planned stairs to a mezzanine level with double bed. At the rear of the cottage is a twin bedded room with overlapping single beds, a shower room and kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge.
