Wavecrest is a large house divided into an East & West wing to
create two independent holiday houses or one large property with interconnecting
door.There is also a modern Lodge sleeping 4. Wonderful for views
of and instant access to the beach and coastal path. There is plenty of
sand, rocks, rock pools, walks across National Trust Land up to
Pentire Point, Lundy Bay, Port Quinn and Port Isaac directly
from the house.
Nearby are the beautiful beaches of Daymer Bay, sailing,
waterskiing at Rock and excellent sporting facilities at Roserrow
Country Club and the well known St Enodoc Golf Club. The house
is very well fitted out with all mods and cons. From kitchen to washing
facilities, televisions, c.h., comfortable and attractive furnishings
and in general a very easy house to live in.
The Lodge
Holiday lodge in Polzeath. sleeps 4 - a small downstairs kitchen
and shower room and open plan living area upstairs with double
bed (can be used as 2 single mattresses) and 2 single beds at one end
+ wood decking terrace with table and chairs.
There are 5 dedicated parking spaces at the front
of the house.
