Welcome to Waterside. This stylish modern riverside home offers great accommodation and is located just yards from the waters edge giving superb views. Just imagine waking up and strolling along the river bank to the local baker to collect your freshly baked croissants for breakfast and enjoying them outside on the balcony overlooking the river in the morning sunshine. Later, perhaps explore the beautiful woodland on foot or take a cycle ride along the famous Camel trail right outside the door towards Padstow and the Sea.

Waterside has a large lounge upstairs to make the most of the wonderful views. A Colour TV, Video player, DVD, CD/Cassette player and Radio are all provided for your enjoyment. Also upstairs is the main Double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor, there is a twin room with river views and two single beds (which can be converted to a further double upon request). There is also a further single bedroom. The kitchen/dining room is very well equipped including a Fridge/Freezer, ceramic hob cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also the main bathroom with bath/shower etc. The hallway leads to a separate utility room with Washing Machine and ironing facilities (an outdoor clothes line is also provided).

The Kitchen has patio doors which open onto a delightful paved garden with additional garden furniture, gas barbecue and Tropical Palms. All bed linen is provided and includes duvets on all beds. There is efficient Night Storage heating; electricity is charged for by meter reading. Towels are available at a small additional charge. Waterside has parking for 2 cars.

Waterside is in a fantastic location. Just opposite the property are a Cricket Pitch, Playground and Tennis courts accessible within minutes via a footbridge. Recently, a salt marsh has been recreated close to the property which adds to the wildlife viewing opportunities from the balcony. Waterside is adjacent to the Camel Trail; a disused railway which provides up to 17 miles of wonderful level cycling or walking. Cycles can be hired locally or you could bring your own and store them safely in the enclosed garden. The most popular route is the scenic 6 miles down stream from Wadebridge to Padstow as the estuary snakes it way towards the sea. Or why not take a trip in the other direction and visit the nearby Award winning Camel Valley winery? There is also ample fishing in the area.

There is a good variety of shops including a supermarket, selection of pubs, restaurants, cafes and a great cinema with the latest films but old fashioned comfy seats all within a quarter of a mile. There is a Leisure centre including an indoor swimming pool within 1 mile.

Waterside is a great location for exploring the beautiful North coast with the lovely sandy beach at Rock, the magnificent surfing beach at Polzeath and the delights of Padstow or rugged Bodmin moor within 6 miles.

There is an excellent Sea Life Centre in Newquay and the Extreme Academy at Watergate Bay offers adrenalin sports such as kite surfing. Culinary experiences abound in the area including the renowned Jamie Oliver 15 Restaurant at Watergate bay. Or perhaps enjoy Fish and Chips or a meal at one of Rick Steins famous eateries in Padstow or the Michelin- starred Ripley's in nearby St Merryn. Tintagel with its legends of King Arthur is an easy morning trip, as well as the lovely old harbour at Boscastle. Also, the beautiful house and gardens to explore at Llanhydrock are not to be missed.

The South coast is only 30 minutes drive away. The fantastic Eden project is a short car journey and has something for everyone. Garden lovers will want to spend a day at the famous Lost Gardens of Heligan. The city of Truro with its lovely Cathedral and most High Street shops is also well worth a visit. The variety of things to do and see means that it is suitable for all generations and will mean that one week will not be enough; you will want to book a second week or return again!

Waterside is available throughout the year and is also available for short breaks.

Changeover day is normally Sunday which generally avoids traffic queues for our guests!

Waterside offers Pet Free Accomodation. A discount for couples is also available.
