Stunning Harbour Views !!!
"This is like being on board ship,
we're so close to the water."
This is one of the few properties in St Mawes which have
the benefit of both sight and sound of the water without leaving the house!
Occupying the first and second floors of a building on Marine Parade,
fronting the harbour, it is only 50 level metres away from the ferry quay
and shops. There are views from nearly all the rooms. Although its
an apartment it has its own street entrance and is elevated
above street level, so is completely private and away from cars and passers-by.
The property is designed for comfortable living and has
all top brand domestic requisites. It has a dining/living room spanning
the width overlooking the water, with open plan kitchen attached which
also benefits from the view. Furnished with a mix of antique and new -
baby grand piano and a 6ft Laura Ashley sofa. The window seats give prime
viewing of all sailing activities on the Harbour it's so easy to sit and
do nothing! (Binoculars provided)
The master bedroom and shower room are privately situated
on the upper floor with views to the Harbour, and the first floor houses
the main living/dining area, kitchen, study, twin bedroom, principal bathroom,
utility room and this leads to the terraced garden at the rear: washing
line, bbq and seating here..
No Pets please, and no smoking. The apartment has opening
sash windows in the living room which are accessible to children climbing.
There are cream furnishings and antiques and a small pond in the garden,
so we are sorry we cannot accept children under 12.
