Urchins is a large new house in a private cul-de-sac which is a short walk away from the lovely beaches of Trevone. Beautifully designed and decorated in a contemporary style with all mod-cons, it offers the perfect accommodation for those wishing to holiday in comfort and be close to the beach!

ACCOMMODATION

The ground floor consists of a large hall with storage for coats and shoes from which all other rooms lead. The kitchen is very large and modern with range cooker, microwave, dishwasher and American Fridge Freezer and has a large dining area with oak table seating 8. French doors lead to the patio area and garden. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, built in double wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and also a single pull out bed (although this is a bit of a tight squeeze!), double and single built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 3 has a bunk with double on bottom and single on top.

There is a family bathroom/WC and also a spacious internal wetroom.

The first floor is entirely taken up by a huge lounge. Comfortable sofas, chairs and low tables informally divide the room into an entertainment area with home cinema system (DVD, video, hi-fi and PS1), games area for the obligatory jigsaw (a variety of games, books, videos and DVDs are provided) and a seated area by the patio doors just for admiring the sunset! There is a gas flame effect stove, although this is rarely needed as the house is centrally heated. Through the patio doors is a large balcony giving superb views across the bay.

Outside

At the back of the house is a pretty secluded garden with patio and BBQ. There is also an outside shower. To the side of the house is a garage with table tennis table and storage for surfboards, nets etc. There is private parking for 2 cars.
