HYDE BARN Sleeping 6 + cot

Hyde Barn is quite delightful and boasts a south facing enclosed courtyard with tables, chairs and BBQ. From your own parking (3 cars) steps lead up to the main entrance on the first floor.

The raised garden faces West and has extensive views of the coastline as well as the countryside.

The French doors lead into the wood-floored, open plan living, kitchen/dining area.

The sitting room area, with its television, DVD player and CD player, is separated from the kitchen and dining area by the stairs, which lead down to the bedrooms.

The Ground Floor is on split-level and consists of one double bedroom (king size bed) ensuite with its own sitting area and TV. In addition, there are two twin bedrooms which share one shower room with WC. Both these bedrooms have sea views and one has French windows providing direct access at this level.

Guests have use of a games room with table tennis.

UPTON MILL Sleeping 8 + cot

Upton Mill is the larger of the two barns and guests will be impressed by the light and space throughout. Beautifully decorated furnished, with seagrass floors, Upton Mill will provide a memorable holiday.

From it's own parking (enough for four cars) a gate leads into a private courtyard with tables, benches and a BBQ. The front door opens onto a large hall from which the bedrooms are accessed. There is also a utility room on this level, with washing machine and drying facilities.

The oak staircase leads to the open-plan galleried living area. This continues into the dining area and kitchen.

The kitchen has sea views, wooden floor and granite worktops. It contains an electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. From here French windows open to allow direct access to this floor.

The dining area easily accommodates 14 people. (Relevant if both barns are rented by the same party)

The galleried living area has a window with magnificent views of the coastline. Here there is a sofa bed for occasional guests. There is also an upstairs cloakroom.

The spacious sitting room is accessed from the living area. (There is plenty of room here for tenants from both barns to sit in comfort, if applicable)

The open rafters and comfortable sofas and wood burner, make this a cosy room, despite its size. Television, DVD player and CD player, as well has games and puzzles, are provided.

All the bedrooms are fitted with full size twin beds, except the main bedroom which has been arranged with a zip an link double bed (6ft) and its own television. All have ensuite bathrooms or shower rooms.

There is an enclosed rear garden, facing west, which is completely secluded. It has magnificent views of the coastline and the sunsets over the sea are not to be missed. Guests have the use of an adjacent games room with table tennis.
