Prices range from £400 - £900 pw Pets/Smoking Pets are not encouraged. We would be grateful if visitors' pets are kept out of the cottage. No smoking in the house please. Change-over day The cottage is available from 5.00 p.m. on Thursdays - tenants are asked to leave by noon on the final day of their holiday. Out of season other arrangements may be possible. Services The rental includes heating and electricity. Linen Please bring your own bath & hand towels, beach towels, sheets (4 x 3', 2 x 2'6"), duvet covers (single) & pillowcases (2 per bed). An excellent linen service can be provided locally if this is required, as can shopping and babysitting.

Ty-Ros Vean is a beautifully equipped 19th century traditional Cornish cottage available for holiday lets throughout the year.

The original cottage dates from the 19th century with later additions and is situated in the hamlet of Penmayne on the outskirts of Rock. The garden faces south and all the downstairs rooms lead on to the large paved patio - a sun trap. The whole cottage has been completely refurbished to a high standard including central heating for winter breaks.

There is off "lane" parking for 2 to 3 cars. Penmayne is a stones throw from the Rock shops but benefits from the lack of through traffic and is very unspoilt and quiet. Porthilly Cove is a 10 minute walk away. St. Enodoc Golf Club, the passenger ferry to Padstow, the beach and sailing at Rock are just beyond.

The large sandy beach at Daymer Bay is a 5 minute drive away (favoured by wind surfers). Surfing and sports facilities at Polzeath and Roserrow are 10 minutes by car.
