IDYLLIC SITUATION AT HEAD OF THE BEAUTIFUL LAMORNA VALLEY

Built in 1730, a Grade II listed building, Trewoofe is surrounded by idyllic countryside within easy reach of breathtaking coastal/country walks with stunning views and picturesque coves/beaches such as Porthcurno (Minack Theatre), Sennen Cove, Mousehole, Porthgwara and only a short distance from Lands End and easy reach of St. Ives and St. Michael's Mount.

Nearby is a lovely walk down to Lamorna Cove through a wooded valley with trees almost stretching down to the sea. Thirst can be quenched about half way down at the local hostelry "Lamorna Wink" then on to the cove where at low tide there is a small sandy beach.

Trewoofe - sleeps 4

Trewoofe has been tastefully modernised retaining its original character. Downstairs there is a large open planned room looking onto a Delabole patio. The cottage faces south so this is a sheltered sun trap. At one end there is a kitchen and dining area and the rest a comfortable sitting room with a hunter wood burner set against a granite wall.

Upstairs there is a gallery double bedroom, a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and a second bedroom with bunk beds.

PIGGYWIDDEN 1 & 2

These two cottages are semi detached, situated near to Trewoofe Barn. Like Trewoofe Barn the cottages are grade 2 listed buildings, built in granite
and scantle slate circa. 1730, and have been converted to incorporate all modern facilities, yet retaining their original charm. The cottages are
joined on an L-shape, and are surrounded by two granite walls which was the original fold yard now an attractive grassed garden.

PIGGYWIDDEN 1 sleeps four.

Single storey building consisting of double
bedroom leading into a small hallway. Off the hallway is a good sized bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The hallway leads into an open planned kitchen/dining room. The kitchen area includes electric cooker,
fridge, electric kettle, washing machine and microwave. Kitchen/dining room leads into the lounge with colour television. The lounge leads into the second bedroom with bunk beds. Heating is by electric, calor gas fire and night storage heaters.

PIGGYWIDDEN 2 sleeps two.

The double bedroom leads into a hallway. Off the
hallway there is a good sized bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The hall leads into an open planned kitchen/dining/sitting room with electric cooker, electric kettle, fridge, washing machine and microwave. Heating is by electric and calor gas fire.

Opposite the cottages is a picnic area leading into two fields and woodland where children can play and explore safely.
