Treplevna's sitting room

Treplevna and Berrymede Cottages provide both the quality and the comfort essential for your holiday. They are located next door but one to each other in the old miners' village of Boscaswell, Pendeen. Both are traditional granite cottages and both have been modernised to a high standard.

A testimony of our quality is the number of guests who return again and again, with around 25% repeat bookings year on year.

Booked together, they can accommodate up to nine people and two pets.

• Sitting room - with Inglenook Fireplace and multi fuel burner, bed settee, comfy chairs, chest of drawers, video/dvd/tv, stereo and a selection of movies, CD's Games, maps and books.
• Oil fired central heating radiators throughout.
• Tasteful and neutral décor throughout.
• Kitchen/dining room - fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washer drier, fridge, microwave, table and chairs for 4, stable door to rear garden.
• Bathroom - comprising white panelled bath with shower over, low level w.c., wash hand basin, shaver point and medicine cabinet.
• Double glazed conservatory with two wicker chairs, table, space for coats and boots, with views over the front garden.
• Master bedroom - king size bed, antique wardrobe and dressing table.
• Second bedroom - with bunk beds, built in wardrobe and cupboard with stunning views over fields, the lighthouse and the sea beyond.

BERRYMEDE COTTAGE

• Sitting room - with open fire, two two-seater sofas, video/dvd/tv/stereo, selection of videos. DVD's, CD's, maps, games and books, occasional tables, dining table and four chairs
• Bathroom, with separate shower, bath, low level w.c. wash hand basin and storage cupboard with shaver point over
• Kitchen - with dishwasher, washer dryer, built in halogen hob and oven, microwave and a range of fitted kitchen units, door to back garden.
• Master bedroom - with a double antique wardrobe, double bed, two bedside tables.
• Second bedroom - with bunk beds, antique wardrobe with drawer space
• All rooms have night storage heaters, with a heated towel rail and additional heater in the bathroom and an occasional heater for the second bedroom.

The village centre is less than half a mile distant and amenities include shop, chip shop, post office and two popular pubs.
