There are also
two ground floor rooms:- We ask guests not to smoke in the bedrooms, but in the downstairs lounge where we have plenty of books, maps and information on what to do and where to go. The upstairs sitting area is for nonsmokers. Breakfast is served in our plant filled Garden Room.
The house ( and our adjacent self catering cottages, once the farm outbuildings ) is set in 13 acres of fields, mature gardens and woodland, only ½ mile across the fields to the sea and SW coastal footpath. Trenance has been occupied since long ago, has a mention in the Doomsday Book and has a colourful history --- of smugglers, murders and the customs and excise men!! The coastline, mostly National Trust owned, is truly magnificent, with small sandy swimming/surfing coves and rugged cliffs adorned with wonderful rare plants and flowers. The Lizard Peninsula is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Mullion village and its shops, pubs restaurants, churches and garage is only ½ mile away, as is the post office, art gallery and doctors health centre, whilst closer still is the craft centre where mouth watering chocolates are made. Horse riding is available and Mullion golf course is within 2 miles, where visitors are welcome. Sailing, boating and fishing are all available within a radius of 11 miles, plus there are plenty of tourist attractions to visit on those days when the weather is not so kind. Cornwall is renowned for its glorious gardens, especially in the spring, but colourful throughout the year. Trebah, Glendurgan and Trevarno are about 15 miles away with many more a little further. Richard, Jennifer and Tamara Tyler-Street will give you a warm and friendly welcome and try to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible.

Our
imposing Victorian Farmhouse has well appointed bedrooms, two
double and one twin, all with shower and W.C. en-suite and colour T.V.
There is a separate bathroom for those who would prefer a bath.
