Skilfully created from Canadian pine logs harvested from renewable forests in Nova Scotia, Trelowen is an attractively designed, recently constructed luxury home set in a small wooded valley of similar properties.

ACCOMMODATION

The ground floor consists of a large open plan living area, kitchen, two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with gas hob and double electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with views to the front of the property. The spacious lounge area has a gas log burner, widescreen TV, DVD and Video player. The two double aspect twin bedrooms have built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space.

Upstairs is equally spacious - a large open plan mezzanine lounge area has two sofa beds, vaulted ceiling and French windows leading to a balcony with rural views towards St Issey. The Master bedroom also has vaulted ceiling, balcony, king-size bed and ensuite shower room.

OUTSIDE

Double doors lead to the front decked area with picnic bench. Hardwood dining furniture and a charcoal barbecue on the rear deck provide for al fresco dining on those lovely balmy Cornish evenings!
