It is centrally heated throughout with a well equipped all electric
kitchen.
The property is situated adjacent to the main Newquay
to Padstow coast road, ten miles from Newquay and six miles from
Padstow, ¾ mile from sandy Porthcothan Bay.
Mawgan Porth, Treyarnon Bay, Trevose and Merlin Golf
Courses are all within easy reach.
