It is incredibly popular as a family house, as well as with groups.

Ideal for Winter weekend breaks with friends learning to surf, walking or just relaxing by the open fire.

There is ample parking for 7/8 cars. The views are magnificent and it is approximately 50 metres from a fantastic surfing beach and the North Cornwall coastal paths.

ACCOMMODATION

Trelawny sleeps 10 making it very popular as a family house, as well as with groups. Trelawny has 2 reception rooms, games room with full sized pool table & table tennis. - Main living room has an open fire, Large reception area, CD player, TV, DVD and 2 downstairs toilets.

Large commercial kitchen and separate sink room with washing machine, fridge and dishwasher 6 burner gas cooker and oven Food processor Cafetiere Ironing facilities.
Large dining room - Can seat up to 10 people comfortably.
Bedroom 1 - With sea view - 1 Super King size bed & ensuite shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2 - With sea view - 1 double bed.

Bedroom 5 - 1 twin room.
Bathroom with antique cast iron bath and shower facility.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Towels are also provided for beach use- on request.
