Tregye Farm House provides a splendid central base for visiting Cornwall’s many attractions, including the superb day-sailing waters of the Fal Estuary (Carrick Roads) and creeks at Feock, Point and Penpol which are close by. In an idyllic spot just 4 miles from the Cathedral city of Truro and only 7 miles from Falmouth, it is also well suited for business visitors.

The original wing of the Farm House dates from the late 1700’s. Set in well stocked mature gardens, there are three slate paved terraces which provide very pleasant areas in which to sit and relax.

Tregye Farm House is ideally situated to explore the County's many diverse sights and attractions; gardens, historic buildings and castles, ancient stone circles and Cornish crosses, sandy beaches and coves, and of course the coastal path.

Rooms

We have two guest bedrooms, each offering deluxe ensuite facilities with underfloor heating.

• Garden Room - The Garden Room has a southerly aspect overlooking the well established mature Cornish garden with its abundance of Rhododendrons and Camellias.
  
  
• Courtyard Room - The Courtyard Room looks north across the pretty, well stocked courtyard garden.

Each room has a King-size Vi-Spring bed with cotton sheets, slippers, flat screen LCD TV with DVD and CD player, Nespresso coffee machine, tea making facilities and a hairdryer.

The ensuite bathrooms are fitted with power showers over bath and heated towel rails. Quality towels, towelling bath robes and toiletries are provided.

As we have no family rooms, we are unable to accommodate children.

The rooms are available from 4 pm. If you are arriving after 6.30pm we should be grateful if you would let us know beforehand. Rooms should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. We are not yet able to accept Credit cards but payment can be made by cash or cheque

Guest Lounge / Dining Room

Guests are invited to relax and unwind in this comfortable room which has a wood burning stove for cooler evenings. You can watch TV or settle down with a book or magazine.

Breakfast is served in this room with its pleasant aspect, or outside if preferred and weather permitting.

For the comfort of all guests we operate a non - smoking policy, though you are welcome to smoke in the garden. Flowers, champagne and chocolates can be arranged for a special occasion. We can also make restaurant reservations and organize a taxi if required.

Please note that we are unable to take pets, other than assistance dogs.

The Creamery

Luxury Boutique Self Catering Cottage For Two

Walk through the front door into the main room, which has been converted into a large bedroom/sitting room with exposed beams and underfloor heating that runs throughout the cottage.

There is ample storage space with a wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinets and a dressing table with mirror above.

The deluxe, contemporary Porcelanosa fitted bathroom has separate bath and shower, double washbasins, toilet and heated towel rail. There is a bathroom TV with freeview. Quality towels, towelling bathrobes and toiletries are provided.

A modern, well equipped kitchen contains electric oven and hob, microwave, undercupboard fridge/freezer, small dishwasher, kettle, toaster, tea towels and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Services All linen, towels, heating and electricity provided during your stay are included in the rental price. Please note that beach towels are not provided.
