Tregoddick is a peaceful, comfortable and
friendly guesthouse, with lovely walled gardens, perfect for relaxing
in after a hard day's touring or rambling.
We have two bedrooms each with twin
beds and private bathroom, colour television, tea and coffee
making facilities and there is secure parking for guest's vehicles.
Set off the road on the right hand side
and opposite the little village pub as you enter the village from
the Penzance direction, Tregoddick House has much to offer.
Madron is a typical ''Olde Worlde'' Cornish
village, with stunning views over the surrounding West Penwith moors.
Antiquities such as Lanyon Quoit and Men-an-tol, as
well as the beautiful and world famous Mount's Bay, including the
instantly recognisable St Michael's Mount rising from the
sea, are all easily accessible to walkers and drivers alike.
Madron is also close to Penzance therefore
making Tregoddick an ideal stopover for those wishing to visit the
Isles of Scilly. Both the heliport and Scillonian dock are
within easy distance, as are the railway and bus stations and the
National Trust gardens at Trengwainton.
For those wishing to explore the romantic
heart of West Penwith, Tregoddick is an excellent starting point
for all the major resorts in the area. St Ives, with its
new indoor sports complex and Tate Gallery, is only seven
miles to the west and the already famous Eden Project at
St Austell about a fifty-minute drive, thus making Madron the perfect
place to holiday.
