Treglines is a stunning traditional Cornish Barn, with great views across the valley to St Minver church. Located off a quiet country lane it is less than one mile from Polzeath.

The barn is enormous with an oak vaulted upper floor, incorporating in one space the kitchen, dining (seats twenty) and living room.

The double height entrance hall links the living accommodation with the downstairs bedrooms.

There are two large double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Two additional bedrooms, the children's room and the galleried double bedroom, share the "Smartie" bathroom.
