Treetops is a beautifully presented timber cabin set in an idyllic, sunny valley in A Designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, far away from the madding crowd.

The nearest beach is only one mile away, as is Caerhays Castle which holds The National Magnolia Collection. The cabin is surrounded by rolling hills with an abundance of wildlife - everything from barn owls. Buzzards to otters inhabit the sunny valley.

Accommodation: The main sitting room is a good sized , sunny room with a comfortable sofa, LCD TV, DVD player/recorder together with radio and CD facilities. There is also wireless internet connection. There is a dining room table for two and a well equipped small kitchen with cooker, hob, George Foreman Grill, 'fridge with small freezer, kettle, toaster and a good supply of kitchen utensils and crockery. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

The bedroom is a beautiful room with large patio doors leading out onto a covered veranda and then on to the sun deck. The bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table and side cabinets, a full wall of mirrored wardrobes and another flat screen TV. There is a hairdryer supplied, electric blanket and all bedlinen is pure cotton.

The bathroom is luxurious with a large window over the double whirlpool bath, a huge, walk-in shower, Italian sink set in black ash wood, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Toiletries and all towels are provided.

There is a covered veranda, large sun deck, a hammock, barbeque, garden table and chairs and two extra garden chairs for relaxing. The property is set in a very pretty garden which is bordered by a babbling brook which you can hear from Treetops.

Self-catering Tariff

Tariffs include all utilities, bedlinen, towels, toiletries and a welcome pack of food to start you off on the right note. Saturday changeover.

• Low Season: Beginning of November until end of February: £300.00 per week
  (excludes Christmas and New Year)
• Mid Season:
  End of March until end of April: £375.00 per week excluding Easter
  May £450.00 per week
  October: £375.00 per week
• High Season: Beginning of June until end of September: £520.00 per week
• Christmas and Easter: £475.00 per week
  
  
  
• The property accommodates two people only but we will accept babies in arms.
  
• The property is a non-smoking property but it is acceptable to smoke outside on the veranda
  
• The property has been graded Five Star by Visit Britain.
  
• A £30.00 security deposit is required which will be returned on departure.
