Tredethy Mews Cottages are beautifully restored stone granite cottages set in a pretty courtyard with lovely rural views and adjacent to the Tredethy House Hotel, a Tudor mansion.

The cottages are situated in an area of
outstanding beauty, a delightful holiday location yet within easy access of the North and South coast such as Padstow home to the famous Sea Food Restaurant, the sailing haven of Fowey, the renowned Golf links of St Enodoc and the wonderful surfing beach of Polzeath.  The cottages are quite literally on the doorstep of the Camel Trail a wonderful cycling and walking trail for walkers.

Bodmin Moor is a very short distance. The Eden Project is approximately a 20 minute drive and Lanhydrock House, The National Trust property is also only a 20 minute drive.  A very central location for this stunning part of Cornwall.

Tredethy House Hotel has a lovely restaurant Trattoria which is open to visitors serving Italian food made with seasonal and organic ingredients.

All properties have been tastefully furnished with lovely contemporary interiors.

Cottages 5, 6 & 9 comprise of:
Open plan living room/kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, TV with DVD player, king size bedroom (double bedroom in No 9), modern bathroom with bath and shower overhead and WC.  Seating for barbecuing and parking.

Facilities:
Electricity included, central heating, all linen and towels provided, ironing facilities, no smoking, no dogs.

Cottage 8 comprises of:
Open plan living room/kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, TV with DVD player, king size bedroom, single bedroom, modern bathroom with bath and
shower overhead and WC.  Seating for barbecuing and parking.
