Tradewinds is a purpose built Holiday Bungalow, conveniently situated for easy access to Cornwall's many attractions.

The quaint cobbled streets of St. Ives. The glorious Cornish countryside with its profusion of wild flowers. The picturesque St. Michael's Mount is only a few minutes drive away. Close to local bus service.

For the person requiring an activity holiday, facilities for fishing, horse riding, surfing, wind surfing, Golf and coastal footpath are within a short distance Whilst the bungalow is also convenient for shops and local discotheques.

Tradewinds enjoys the benefit of overlooking the HAYLE ESTUARY and a little distance away LELANT SALTINGS, which are renowned for their bird watching spots for some of the more rare migrating birds on their last stop before their long flight South.

Just 10 - 15 minutes drive to St Ives with its quaint cobbled streets and olde worlde life style. Tate gallery in centre of St Ives, centre of the local art community known and respected worldwide.

Putting, Go-karting, Rare bird sanctuary, Heritage parks, Excellent restaurants, Discos, and old English pubs all in close surrounding area. 15 min. drive from Heliport and Penzance harbour for trips to the Isles of Scilly.

The Accommodation

The bungalow is of cement render construction and is maintained to as high a standard as possible by the owner.

A well behaved pet is welcome at a cost of £20

Heated by nightstore, with fan heater and oil filled radiator if required. Electricity is provided by a £1 slot meter. Parking adjacent to chalet. Transfer to and from St. Erth or Hayle railway station if required. Cot available at a cost of £10.
