Tolraggott Farm quality holiday cottages are intended to provide you and your family with the perfect base for a wonderful holiday in North Cornwall.

Some of the most beautiful beaches in Cornwall will be within a few minutes drive of your cottage.

We have a safe childens play area with netted trampoline, slide and swings on wood chippings. We also allow dogs by arrangement in the cottages.

Rose Cottage sleeping 8, is a newly converted, traditional Cornish, slate and stone barn.
There are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a bathroom, upstairs, all decorated in a traditional cottage style. Downstairs there is a further twin bedroom and a walk-in shower room next to it.
The kitchen has a craftsman made oak kitchen & new Aga, dishwasher, electric cooker & Ceramic hob, the utility room has a fridge/ freezer, washing machine & dryer. The lounge is a large room with oak flooring & feature fireplace with comfortable sofas colour TV & Video. The French doors lead onto a large stone patio with wooden chairs and table, and a BBQ.

Primrose Cottage is a charming little cottage to suit a couple or young family
A lounge area, which has a sofa bed, a second sofa, television and video and an oak kitchen and breakfast bar, with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, electric cooker and ceramic hob, and a pine table with 4 chairs are downstairs.
Upstairs there is one bedroom with a 5ft wide 'bed knobs & broomsticks' style metal bed. There is also a bathroom with a bath and shower. The cottage has a wonderful countryside views from the bedroom, lounge, kitchen and garden.

Ocean Blue has been converted from a traditional Cornish slate and stone barn and is situated on Tolraggott Farm.
Downstairs there is a craftsman made oak kitchen, with all modern utilities. There is a 30' lounge/dining room with oak flooring, a feature fire place and French Window doors opening out onto Slate patio area and rear garden. The patio area is equiped with a wooden table and chairs, and a BBQ.
There is also one twin bedroom and walk-in shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a second twin room.

Round House Cottage is the largest of the three cottages in Dinham Courtyard and enjoys views over wonderful rural countryside and the Camel estuary.
Three bedrooms, one double and two twin. The double room and one of the twin rooms have vanity basins and all bedrooms are tastefully decorated with matching bed linen. There is a modern bathroom with a classic white suite.
Finally, there is a large, round, open plan room with lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The lounge has an open log fire and there is a dishwasher in the kitchen area. Outside there is a private garden with picnic table and BBQ.

Barnend cottage itself comfortably sleeps six people, with double, twin and bunk rooms each sleeping two persons.
Downstairs there is a kitchen with dining area and spacious separate lounge with an open log fire. Outside there is a separate garden complete with picnic table and portable BBQ.

Barnsdale Cottage is the smallest of the three cottages located at Dinham Caourtyard yet will still comfortably accomodate a small family or two couples.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The twin room also includes a vanity basin.

Barton Cottage is delightfully furnished to a high standard, with plain carpets, pretty curtains and matching bed linen. It has oil-fired central heating. There are 4 bedrooms, two double rooms, one twin and one bunk. One of the double rooms has an en-suite shower and vanity unit. Also on the first floor is a bathroom with heated towel rail and radiator.
Downstairs there is a lounge, separate dining room, a large well-fitted pine kitchen and an additional toilet.
On the ground floor a large well-fitted pine kitchen completes this cottage. Complementary fittings and equipment include an electric cooker and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
