Tintamar is a Cornish Farmhouse but built in 2002, it is designed to fit 2 families,

SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION

Upstairs:2 double bedrooms, each have ensuite toilets and showers, 2 further bedrooms plus 1 bathroom,

Downstairs: is a good sized hall with a downstairs toilet, 2 large sitting rooms; 1 for the children and 1 for the grown ups and a large kitchen and dining room with separate utility room.

Outside there is a large garage for cars and toys, above that is a self-contained annex where you put your au pair, mother-in-law, teenagers or yourself for some peace and quiet.

There is a hot outside shower for use when you come back from the beach, there's lots of parking, a very secluded and private garden and the whole entity is down a private lane that is largely closed to traffic and yet an easy walk to shops, the beaches, the golf course, the coastal path, the ferry to Padstow with all Rick Stein's eateries.

Tintamar is ideal during the winter months, Cornwall's climate is milder than the rest of Britain; and there is an oil fired Rayburn, good central heating and a fire place. We don't get many negative comments in the visitors book and most people want to buy the house or come back to it next year.

LOCAL AREA - ROCK & PADSTOW

There is masses to do in Rock with surfing, sailing, golf, walking, swimming, there are lots of interesting towns and villages nearby from Port Isaac to Padstow and the village is very sociable for all age groups.
