CAMEL ESTUARY, ROCK & DAYMER BAY

Situated in the village of Trebetherick this modern 5 bedroomed bungalow is set well back from the road with views due west over the Camel Estuary.

A superb location with local Post Office stores, and shops in nearby Polzeath, with much wider amenities for most needs at Rock about a mile away. The area is outstanding as a holiday destination with magnificent beaches close at hand, Daymer bay is within walking distance.

The Harbour at Padstow

The coastal scenery from the many footpaths is spectacular, as well as the availability of good locations for a variety of watersports such as surfing at Polzeath, sailing and water-skiing at Rock and windsurfing at Daymer Bay. Deep sea fishing trips are available from Rock and also from Padstow. Golf courses are nearby at Roserrow Country Club, and St Enodoc where links run alongside the estuary from Rock to Daymer bay past St Enodoc Church.
