Situated only about 100 meters level walk from the stunning beach in Polzeath these brand new beach style cottages are the perfect place to spend your holidays on the North Cornish coast. The Navigators each sleeps 6 persons and comprises of one double bedroom with luxury 2000 pocket sprung king size bed and en-suite, two twin bedrooms all with luxury beds, family bathroom, open plan sitting/dining room with kitchen with some sea views to the beach & island from 1 The Navigators. Balcony from sitting room with sea views and sunsets. Brand new high quality furnishings. Outside there is a sunny seating and dining area on the verranda and private parking for 2 cars. there is a hot outdoor shower for rinsing off when coming off the beach.

1 The Navigators can be booked together with 2 the Navigators next door to sleep 12 persons. Linen and towels are provided. A great holiday base with stunning coastal and countryside walks. Local activities include Sailing, Surfing, Waterskiing, Golf. Spend romantic evenings in one of the local restaurants watching the sun set over the ocean. Nearest shops and restaurants only 100 meters level walk.

3 & 4 The Navigators each sleeps 4 persons and comprises of one double bedroom with luxury 2000 pocket sprung king size bed and en-suite, one twin bedroom with luxury beds, family bathroom, open plan sitting/dining room with kitchen.

There is a hot outdoor shower for rinsing off when coming off the beach and lockable gated storage for surfboards & bikes at the back of the cottages.

These holiday cottages are the perfect place to spend your holidays on the North Cornish coast. Tides Reach and Waves End each sleeps 4 persons and comprises of one double bedroom with luxury 2000 pocket sprung king size bed, one twin bedroom, open plan sitting/dining room with kitchen. Outside there is a sunny seating and dining area and private parking.

Tides Reach can be booked together with Waves End next door to sleep 8 persons. Linen and towels are provided. A great holiday base with stunning coastal and countryside walks. Polzeath and The West Country region

Polzeath is ideally situated to explore the West Country. The Eden Project is only about 50 minutes away. The famous Royal Cornwall Show in June is a fantastic event that takes place in Wadebridge only 15 minutes away.5 minutes on the ferry across the Estuary takes you to Padstow where you can find Rick Steins Restaurants and many other places to eat and shop.

Port Isaac is only 8 miles away and is the traditional fishing village made famous by the TV program "Doc Martin". Or why not visit Tintagel where the legend of King Arthur lives on. Cornwall is known for its milder climate and stunning coastal scenery.

Polzeath

Polzeath has one of the best surfing beaches with its golden sand and surf schools and lots of rock pools for the kids to play in. With lovely restaurants and cafes situated around the beach where you can watch the sun set into the ocean in the evenings over a glass of wine.

There are many activities to enjoy including the renowned St. Enodoc golf course, sailing and water skiing on the Camel Estuary, windsurfing at Daymer Bay.

Dining at the 2 Michelin Star "Restaurant Nathan Outlaw". Relaxing and being pampered in one of the local Spas or take a bike ride along the stunning Camel Trail. The Camel Estuary provides some of the best bird watching opportunities in Cornwall.

The local Rock Oyster Festival takes place in June and has an array of culinary delights with local produce and restaurateurs and with entertainment for all the family. From the cottage you can walk straight onto the coastal walks around to Daymer Bay where John Betjemin spent his holidays and is now buried here at the picturesque St. Enodoc Church.
Take the 5 minute trip on the ferry across the Camel Estuary to Padstow where you will find Rick Steins restaurants and many more shops to explore.
