The White House is a large, beautifully restored Georgian house in the village of Charlestown, overlooking the harbour with a family beach at the end of the road.

Charlestown is in an ideal position for visiting the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan - about 10 minutes away. There are two pubs, several restaurants and a café in the village.

Accommodation::

The front door opens onto a large porch with storage chest and then through to wide spacious hallway with staircase. There are slate floors throughout this floor. Leading off the hall:

• Large modern kitchen/dining room with range cooker (gas hob and electric oven), fridge/freezer and microwave. A breakfast bar seats 6 and dining table seats 10. From the kitchen double doors lead to games room (with full size table tennis), Laundry facilities and downstairs shower room.
• Large sitting room with two big sofas, digital TV, dvd and video player, chess table and a wide range of books, dvds, videos and some toys for young children.
• Small sitting room with sofa, arm chair and piano (this room has a door opening into the games room).
• Walk in cloakroom and storage area.

Upstairs: there are wood floors throughout. At the top of the stairs double doors lead to the garden. A cobbled path with mature flower beds on either side opens up onto a large field with climbing frame and sea views.

From the landing are the following:

• Twin bedded room with garden views.
• Family bathroom with large shower.
• Master bedroom with king-size bed and harbour views.
• Double room with king-size bed and harbour views.
• Large family bedroom - harbour view - with king-size bed and bunk beds. A large bathroom with wrought iron bath leads from this room and overlooks the rear garden.

The house is available from 4pm on a Saturday to 10am the following Saturday.
