The Studio is situated just above Porthleven beach in a quiet location behind the owner's house and just a few minutes walk from the village with all its amenities.

The apartment was fully refurbished for 2005. Duvets, bed linen and towels are all provided and facilities include colour TV, video, music centre and microwave. Electricity is included in the price. We have a no smoking and no pets policy.

The Studio is an ideal retreat for two, with its own patio from which to admire the view, use of the owner's large garden which overlooks the whole of Mounts Bay and private off road parking.
