Accommodation

Over 100 years old built of granite walls and slate roofing, formerly stables to the farm. At one time part of the noble Lord Godolphin Estate and in the hamlet of Pengersick centred around the castle.

There is a pretty enclosed garden with table and chairs, stocked with flowers and a back drop of mature trees.

Through the front door you enter into the sitting room with beamed ceilings, carpeted floor, TV/DVD, settee and dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Off the sitting room is comfortable double bedroom with a view of the garden.

Praa Sands popular Blue Flag Golden Sands Beach is approximately 200 metres away. Close by are shops, Post Office, Restaurant, Café's and Bus Routes.

Easy access to coastal and local walks. In the area there are many attractions including a golf course, surfing, windsurfing, fishing, garden and cream teas.

The market town of Helston, Porthleven and harbour and St Michael's Mount at Marazion are a short drive away.
