The Rocket House is an attractive Victorian building that once housed the lifesaving equipment used to save shipwrecked sailors on the nearby Doom Bar.It was converted several years ago,and is now a comfortable,centrally heated holiday home with lots of extras, making it a perfect destination for two people wanting a romantic hideaway.

The brightly decorated living room is light and spacious,with a vaulted ceiling.There is a good selection of books,board games,magazines,DVDs and CDs.The feature gallery bedroom has a double bed and a velux window. There is a good shower room,and the well-equipped,eat-in kitchen has a stable door opening onto the pretty courtyard garden.

We provide a complimentary grocery pack of essential items and homemade scones,jam and Cornish clotted cream await your arrival.

Location:
The Rocket House is centrally situated in the village. It is only a few minutes walk down to beautiful Daymer Bay and the S.W.coast path, also close to the surfing beach at Polzeath, to Rock with the ferry across the estuary to Padstow and Port Isaac.

Tariff 2013:
Prices range from £250 to £450 per week. Weekend or mid-week short breaks are available out of season,for bracing winter walks along the coast path.
