This beautiful house was originally built and owned by Lord Kimberley around 1850 and is ideally positioned to capture the beauty of Falmouth.

It has an in-and-out car park and is situated about 150 yards from the sea front (Gyllyngvase and Castle beaches) and about 7-10 minutes walk into the town and harbour. The main beaches are 3 minutes walk away.

All our bedrooms are situated on the ground or first floor. The rooms are also spacious, spotlessly clean, well furnished and tastefully decorated.

Every room has central heating, colour television, tea/coffee making facilities and most are fully ensuite with shower, toilet and wash basin. Broadband & Wi-Fi connection available for guest use in the Lounge.

There are no petty restrictions, you are free to come and go as you please. Our aim is to provide you with an excellent, carefree holiday so you can relax and enjoy yourselves in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

The minimum booking period is 2 nights at peak dates.
