The Light House, Carbis Bay, St Ives is a superb coastal residence set above the beautiful Carbis Bay beach and South West coastal path. You can walk into St Ives in twenty minutes, taking in some spectacular scenery or just pop down to Carbis Bay beach in five minutes. St Ives offers the renowned Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum, fantastic Blue Flag beaches, shops, great restaurants, pubs and cafes nestled amongst the narrow cobbled streets

One of the great attributes of The Light House is its appeal to families, being able to comfortably sleep 8/10 in four bedrooms with four bathrooms/shower rooms. Another advantage is its generous garden and decking areas, ideal for that Summer BBQ and alfresco dining.

Arranged as a ‘reverse living’ house, three bedrooms are located on the ground floor and upstairs all the rooms have been designed to take maximum advantage of the stunning views out to the sea and Godrevy lighthouse in the distance. There is parking for four cars, this being an added bonus as parking is more or less non-existent in St Ives in July & August!
