The Hayloft has been built and furnished to the highest standard offering a unique and contemporary holiday home. Set in a great location it is ideal for exploring the whole of Cornwall, going to the beaches, visiting the Eden Project and walking the coastal paths. Accommodation

When entering through the large bespoke double doors you are into the main entrance hall with large natural stone tiles and underfloor heating covering the whole ground floor.

An open oak and glass staircase with led lighting takes you up to the stylish open planned lounge and kitchen with panoramic views, high vaulted ceilings, oak beams and wide oak floorboards.

The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with high quality miele appliances and Quartz worktops. Completing the picture are comfy sofas surrounding a woodburner stove, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere.

After a long day on the beach arrive back home and relax in the extra deep bath or bring the outside in by pushing back the bi-fold glass doors opening out to sun terrace and balcony. Perfect for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine.....

Three large well appointed bedrooms two on the ground floor both with en-suite bathrooms and double size walk in showers. Master bedroom has king size bed and patio doors which open out to sun terrace and seating area.

Second bedroom has king size bed and a single bed. Third bedroom is upstairs with king size bed next to family size bathroom with deep bath and cascade tap, including drencher shower tiled in natural stone. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with Egyptian cotton linen, co-ordinating accessories and 22" LCDs

We can also provide cot, highchair, stair gate and small toy box for the younger members of the family.

Outside is a large secure lawned garden with landscaped flower beds, patio furniture, bbq, loungers and a shed with outside toys and games for the kids.

Location

The Hayloft is in a great location to explore the surrounding areas. Close to the pretty little village of Marhamchurch and a short distance from Bude with its great restaurants and cafes. It only takes around 15 minutes to get to Boscastle, 40 minutes to drive to Padstow, 25 minutes to Port Isaac and Port Gaverne. You could also visit Rock, Tintagel, Crackington Haven.
