The main house "The Foreshore" offers quality accommodation for up to 8 people and the primary rooms all enjoy panoramic views over the garden and river. "The Well Annexe" offers optional accommodation for a further 2 people (at an extra cost) in a fully self-contained character property enjoying the same impressive views. The properties have been tastefully and comfortably furnished to a very high standard throughout and are much loved by the owners.

• Sitting Room 2 : with views over the garden and river, comfortable seating for 8 people, feature fireplace with log burner, flat screen TV/DVD.
• Kitchen : spacious and very well equipped with ample storage together with AGA, dishwasher, larder fridge and microwave.
• Utility Room : with fridge/freezer, boiler, washing machine, tumble dryer and stable door to garden.
• Bedroom 1 : the MASTER BEDROOM is a spacious room with king size bed, ample fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, flat screen TV, table and chairs for two over-looking the garden and river.
• Shower Room : with shower cubicle, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
• Bedroom 2 : a pretty twin bedded room with wardrobe and chest of drawers, over-looking the rear garden.
• Bathroom : with shower cubicle, bath, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

N.B. The Foreshore has sole use of the garden. The Well House is very occasionally used by a member or two, of the owner’s family, but on these occasions the occupants only use the property for sleeping and your privacy should not be compromised. However, if you wish to accommodate up to two extra guests please contact us to check availability. Prices range from £341 - £695. The Well House is never let to paying guests as a separate entity.
