The Cob sleeps 4 (upto 5 if you are packing in kids)

The Cob is a two bedroom converted traditional Cornish linny (barn) located on a very quiet country lane just one mile from the popular Polzeath beach.

The two double bedrooms and the open plan kitchen/living rooms have vaulted ceilings and exposed oak roof trusses and oak panelling at eaves level.

The cottage has standard amenities, central heating, fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, TV/DVD.

One bedroom has an oak panelled cabin bed (not suitable for the elderly) and the other has huge double barn doors which can be opened to the garden with a fabulous view from your bed across the valley to St Minver village church.

Dogs welcome by prior arrangement.

Polzeath Beach: Surfs Up surf school, restaurants, local shops, etc - 1 mile
Rock: sailing, water ski school and pedestrian ferry to Padstow - 2 ½ miles
Roserrow Golf Club and driving range - ½ mile Shipshape Health Club - swimming pool and tennis courts - ½ mile

Exceptional coastal walks can be accessed from the cottage or are a short drive away. A footpath leads from the cottage through the golf course and into Polzeath without having to use any roadway.
