village of St Mabyn, about 5 miles from Wadebridge and Bodmin.

Set in 6 acres of
our own land there is room to roam and find quiet sunny corners
at your leisure. The 1 acre garden is relatively new, but is maturing
nicely having been created about 3 years ago along with our own home.
We welcome suggestions from guests on future projects for the garden!
SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION
We have designed the layout of the barn carefully
with guests in mind and have included underfloor
heating for the cooler months to ensure a comfortable stay.
Full use has been made of the original openings
to bathe the building in light; a rare quality in a barn. Offering first-class
spacious accommodation for 4 people, the open plan living area is well
equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer etc., also TV with sky.
The large double
bedroom is bright and inviting and has an en suite bathroom. The
second bedroom has twin beds, with en suite shower. This bedroom
has a delightful outlook over open farmland.
Throughout the property there is original
artwork giving the property a unique ambience which will add to the enjoyment
