The Boat Watch is a superbly appointed 2 bedroomed harbour front flat. Immaculately presented and enjoying outstanding harbour, coastal and sea views.

Situated on the edge of the Harbour in the very heart of the picturesque fishing village of Mousehole, The Boat Watch is quite literally a few steps away from the harbour slip with its 2 small sandy beaches and larger pebbled beach with rock pools just waiting to be explored!

About Mousehole:

Mousehole is a beautiful ancient fishing village full of character and charm that has mainly remained unchanged for centuries, with its narrow streets and cobbled lanes surrounding the picturesque harbour, it hosts numerous art galleries, potteries, excellent restaurants, pubs and a village shop.

It has some of the most incredible cliff walks, is on the scenic cycle path and offers a regular bus service.

It really is an all weather, all seasons location, perfect for storm watching and being particularly magical at Christmas with its famous Christmas lights that attracts visitors from afar to enjoy the spectacular display and soak up the atmosphere, all to be enjoyed from the comfort of The Boat Watch.

Mousehole is just 3 miles west of the market town of Penzance, and just a short drive to Lands End, Porthcurno (home to the famous Minack Theatre), Sennen (superb surf!!), Marazion and St Ives to name but a few.

The Boat Watch is a first floor, self contained flat offering bright and airy accommodation that has been recently renovated to a high standard. With 2 double bedrooms -*travel cot available on request*, a large open plan Lounge with kitchen and dining room, taking in the views.

• Front door entrance from the street: Stairs to the first floor Open hallway with large built in cupboard and doors leading to all rooms. Large sitting room with kitchen and dining area, large double aspect windows
  
  
• Sitting room area: cast iron solid fuel stove with wood mantel over, 3 seater chesterfield style sofa, 2 easy chairs, coffee table, flat screen T.V with free view, DVD player, CD and stereo.

• Outside: The Boat Watch has its own private entrance and is situated above the chic and stylish bistro-style restaurant '' 2 Fore Street '' - recently rated by the Telegraph as one of Britain's top 30 seaside restaurants and listed in the 'Good food Guide'', 2 Fore Street offers an array of home cooked food using fresh local produce.
  
  A 10% discount is given to those staying that wish to sample the superb food offered.
  
  Whilst the flat does not come with any outside space, being just a few steps from the harbour, the beach is available to you 24 hours a day!
  
  
• Parking: The property does not have private parking, however, there are 2 carparks within the centre of Mousehole village and being just a short walk away from The Boat Watch.
