Completely refurbished since the flood of 16th August 2004 As the name suggests this a recently converted Boathouse in the harbour area of this unspoiled fishing village. It is tastefully furnished and decorated in a traditional style with open beamed ceilings and wood floors, retaining much of the original features but bought to a high standard of comfort and conveniences.
The large double bedroom is comfortably and tastefully furnished - fresh sheets and bed linen, hairdryer and towels provided. There is a small slated patio area overlooking the harbour and parking for one vehicle. The property is a no smoking environment. No dogs.
The village nestles at the confluence of two wooded river valleys on one of the most magnificent and dramatic parts of this rugged coastline and boasts many beautiful walks. A good place from which to explore this famous area, with its spectacular scenery, wide sandy beaches and small secluded coves. Crackington Haven, Trebarwith Strand, Port Isaac, Daymer Bay, Padstow and Bodmin Moor are all within easy reach. |
