Leading off is a well-equipped galley-style kitchen with breakfast bar, electric cooker and hob, fridge and microwave. The small passageway leads to a bathroom and toilet, washbasin and shower. FULL CENTRAL HEATING.

The large double bedroom is comfortably and tastefully furnished - fresh sheets and bed linen, hairdryer and towels provided. There is a small slated patio area overlooking the harbour and parking for one vehicle. The property is a no smoking environment. No dogs.

Boscastle is a typical Cornish fishing village with many good restaurants, pubs, delightful craft shops, quaint old cottages and the picturesque Elizabethan Harbour, owned by the National Trust and lies within a conservation area.

Boscastle HarbourThe village nestles at the confluence of two wooded river valleys on one of the most magnificent and dramatic parts of this rugged coastline and boasts many beautiful walks.
