A deposit of 50% is required on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. If you need to cancel your reservation we will try to re-let the property and return your payment less an administration charge of 10%, however re-letting cannot be guaranteed.

The Blue House is situated in a prime position in Constantine Bay on a private safe road, close to the Golf Club, swimming pool and tennis courts and within a short walk from the renowned shop and beaches.

The house is comfortably but simply furnished with Heals sofas, wood framebeds, wooden floors and rugs with excellent central heating and a Baxi Cornish slate fireplace in the sitting room. It sleeps up to 10 people, although it would be more comfortable if 4 of these people were children!

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor: Entrance hall; cloakroom; shower-room; single bedroom; large bunk room for 4 with extra single futon; sitting room with sofas, chairs, bookcases, piano, open Baxi fireplace, French doors leading to the garden; dining room with sea views and extendable dining table; kitchen – well equipped with large Zanussi electric double oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, large breakfast table and benches; utility room with fridge, freezer, tumble drier.

1st floor: Double bedroom with wonderful sea views and attractive 5’ wood frame bed, built in cupboards, washbasin and small oak chest of drawers; Twin bedroom with good 3’ wood frame beds, built in cupboards, cot, small oak chest of drawers; single bedroom with good 3’ wood frame bed and built in cupboards; Bathroom with basin, toilet and bath with shower over.

Outside: There is a large grassed garden ideal for games. The French doors from the sitting room lead onto a slate terrace with lovely sea views and a large bench table for al fresco eating.

We ask you to leave the house clean and tidy as you found it.

There is off-road parking for 2/3 cars and a small front garden Charges are all inclusive of heating and dogs.
