The Barn House is a detached three bedroom cottage, set in a peaceful, rural location close to the hamlet of St Kew (with its lovely church and popular Inn), just 5 miles from the North Cornwall coast.

The sandy beaches of the Camel Estuary and Polzeath and the picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac are within 15 minutes drive, while the spectacular Eden Project is only about 35 minutes away.

ACCOMMODATION

Comfortably furnished and equipped to a high standard, features such as exposed beams, slate floors and a woodburning stove add to the character of the cottage, converted from a former barn.

Downstairs there is an entrance hall, large sitting room with inglenook fireplace and french doors to the patio, fully equipped kitchen/dining room and separate utility room (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer), twin bedroom and WC/shower room.

Upstairs are two further bedrooms: one with a 5' bed, walk-in hanging space and stone steps to the patio, the other with a single bed, and the main bathroom.

GARDEN

The garden has flower borders and lawn on several levels, with lots of space for children to play. One side is steeply banked, with steps leading to a shrub-lined path beside a stream, over which a wooden bridge leads into a small wood. Garden furniture and BBQ are provided.

Full oil fired central heating and electricity are included. Bed linen and towels are provided. Travel cot and high chair available on request.
