Tucked away in the sleepy hamlet of Trevowhan, The Barn is a detached property with a large garden and its own meadow.

There are spectacular views towards the sea and across the moors front the living room, master bedroom and kitchen.

The Barn's convenient location means you are just a 15 minute drive from the beautiful harbour town of St Ives with its lovely sandy beaches, art galleries (including The Tate), shops and restaurants. Also 15 minutes by car is the busy seaside town of Penzance, offering every amenity, including a 24 hour supermarket and petrol station.

Even closer by (only two miles) is the village of Pendeen and its lighthouse, where you'll find an excellent village store and a welcoming family pub.

Other attractions include Geevor Tin Mine (daily tours) and the links golf course at Cape Cornwall. While Sennen Cove, adjacent to Land's End, is approximately 20 minutes away and boasts a great surf school with boards and wetsuits for hire.

Master wilt double bed, two bedrooms with twins beds and one with a single bed.

• Living room with large, comfortable settees, a TV, video and DVD player.

The pretty Garden is private and comes with garden furniture. There is off road parking for two cars.

The Barn is very well equipped with an electric cooker, dishwasher, Microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge freezer dining table and payphone.

Central heating and electricity are all inclusive. Duvets, bedding and towels (not beach towels) are also provided.
