A beautifully converted former farm building with a contemporary interior with a spiral staircase leading up through the first and second floors. Separate enclosed garden with stunning estuary views.

ACCOMMODATION

Downstairs - Bathroom with bath and shower attachment, double bedroom with TV.

Middle floor - open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room and balcony with steps out to the rear of the property.

Top floor - twin bedroom.

Facilities include - washing machine, fridge, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, central heating, TV with Freeview, iPhone dock / charger, DVD player and barbeque.

PADSTOW & THE CAMEL TRAIL

The snug offers panoramic estuary views, an enviable quiet and peaceful location with only a 3 minute walk to gain direct access to the Camel Trail cycle path. Ideal for cyclists, walkers, bird watchers and those seeking a truly restful holiday.

Whilst being situated in a stunning beauty spot The Snug is very convenient to access all amenities. It is 1.5 miles walk/cycle to the traditional fishing port of Padstow with access to sandy beaches and 3 miles to the market town of Wadebridge.

Padstow is a fine example of a Cornish-fishing port. The town is largely unspoilt, with a beautiful harbour. There are good shopping facilities, fishing trips, cafes and restaurants, including the famous "Seafood Restaurant" run by Rick Stein and many old and friendly public houses, most of them serving pub food and 'real ale'.
