The Old Workshop is located three miles from Tintagel, Boscastle and Camelford offering you a great central location to discover the beauties of the North Cornish coast.

The stunning beach at Trebarwith Strand is just one example of what you might find along this stretch of coastline.

The property was built at the end of 2010 to a very high standard. This offers you warmth, comfort and tranquillity.

It is equipped with the kitchen essentials - fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, tea, coffee, salt, pepper along with with a microwave with grill and single electric hob.

It has a separate double bedroom with bed linen and towels provided.

Separate luxury bathroom with spacious shower.

The lounge has a leather two-seater sofa and leather relaxer chair, Freeview TV and integral DVD/CD player.

WiFi is offered FOR FREE.

There is private decking at the rear of the property with table and chairs for that summertime Pimms or winter-warming hot chocolate as you watch the sun set behind the beautiful Cornish hills. Or perhaps wait awhile and star-gaze this spectacular and seemingly endless sky.
