New on the market for your holiday in 2008 is this luxurious centrally heated house with glorious views of Fowey harbour and Polruan beyond from all rooms. Just a 10 minute walk to the centre of the ancient and historic town of Fowey, and a 10 minute walk to Readymoney Cove and the Coastal Footpath beyond. Over the past year this delightful house has been has been totally refurbished and furnished to a very high standard with newly fitted carpets in all bedrooms and staircase.

The front door leads to a second door that opens on to a spacious hall with hanging space for coats and storage for walking boots etc.

There are two bedrooms and a luxury shower room on the ground floor. The shower room contains a large shower, basin and WC and heated towel rail.

There is a double bedroom with 2 single beds, bedside lights, fitted wardrobe, dressing table etc. The single room next door has a single bed, bedside light, fitted wardrobe, dressing table etc. Stairs lead to the first floor.

The master bedroom is on the left. This is a three-aspect room with double bed, bedside lights, walk-in wardrobe, digital TV and ensuite luxury bathroom with bath (shower over) basin and WC, and heated towel rail. Next door there is a separate toilet also with sea views.

The kitchen-diner and lounge beyond have beautiful new oak floors with scatter rugs. The kitchen is fitted with an American style fridge-freezer, a SMEG electric oven and 5-ring gas hob and a SMEG dishwasher. The dining table is granite topped to match the kitchen surfaces and the dining chairs are comfortable and leather covered.

Through a spacious archway one enters the lounge area. This is a double aspect room with patio doors leading into a totally enclosed garden with sun umbrella and garden furniture, and more glorious views. The lounge is furnished with a three and a two-seater settee, occasional tables and a 32in. widescreen TV with Freeview, and DVD player. In the Garage there is a Miele washing machine and a tumble drier.
