Self Catering Prices from £300 to £550 per week Off week Short Breaks £175 for 3 nights + £35 per night after Change over day Friday. There are adequate numbers of continental quilts, pillows, kitchen utensils and crockery. Bed linen is provided but occupants will need to bring their own towels and tea towels. There is a wooden cot and high chair. A list of local facilities and details of places of interest and local beauty spots are kept at the cottage.

ACCOMMODATION

The larger of two adjoining cottages, this double glazed barn consists of the following accommodation: entrance hall leading to a large L shaped breakfast kitchen which contains fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, deep fat fryer and electric oven.

The patio doors open from the far end to a small rear garden containing a BBQ area. From the other end a passage leads to a bedroom containing two single beds next to a downstairs bathroom with bath and shower, next there is a pleasant sitting room, with television and video together with a traditional Cornish stone and slate fireplace, coal and logs are available locally, patio doors lead from the sitting room to the courtyard at the front.

Upstairs is the main bedroom with double bed and on suit shower room, together with a further twin bedded room.

Across the courtyard is a large utility room, which houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and providing ample storage space for beach equipment.

St Minver & Rock

St Minver is a small village on the B3414 Wadebridge to Camelford road. The cottage overlooks open fields and is approximately 3 miles from rock, 5 miles from Port Isaac and 3 from Wadebridge where there are excellent shopping facilities.

Polzeath, Port Quinn together with the golf courses at St Enodoc and Roserrow are close by.

The Camel Trail with bicycle hire is at Wadebridge and access to the North Cornwall coastal path; Daymer Bay and Rock are just a few miles away.
