Kitchen/diner - with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer opens into:

Spacious Sitting Room - with a double sofa bed, TV and DVD. French doors lead onto the patio with superb views of the estuary.

Bedroom – with two 3’divan beds Bathroom with bath, shower WC and pedestal basin

Steep steps from the terrace lead down to private access to the river and the Royal Fowey Yacht Club PLEASE NOTE that the lower terrace is for the use of Tide House MAIN ACCOMMODATION residents.

ALSO NOTE that there are steep iron steps leading down to the flat, which may not be suitable for the elderly. Also that the two parts are connected by an internal staircase and can be rented separately or together BED LINEN, ELECTRICITY and GAS CENTRAL HEATING ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
