The Anchorage . . . in the heart of Treknow,
an ancient (around 400 years old), detached cottage, renovated
and enlarged.
Considerable effort has been taken to keep the character
of the cottage whilst adding modern comfort including central heating
throughout.Outside there is a private garden which is mainly laid
to lawn, with a couple of patios, and a rockery.
The property is attractively appointed on two levels.
The lounge has low beams, a log burner, exposed
stonework, and a natural flagstone floor. The kitchen benefits
from all modern appliances including ceramic hob, integral oven, dishwasher,
washing machine and microwave.
Looking onto the garden, through the patio doors,
the dining room has a dining table with seating for 6, a slate
floor, sofa and arm chair. There are 3 bedrooms including: a double,
a twin and a bunk room. All are equipped with ample storage. The bathroom
has a traditional 3 piece suite and separate shower cubicle.
The Anchorage is located in the small village of
Treknow, close to the beautiful North Cornwall coastline
and the popular coastal villages of Tintagel, Boscastle
and Trebarwith Strand. Within walking distance to Tintagel,
famous for its association with King Arthur. Just 400 metres to
the coastal path and a 10 minute walk to the beach of Trebarwith Strand.

large fridge freezer. There is a games room with a slate bed pool table.

A double, with feature fire place and vanity unit. There is a twin room,
2 bunk bedrooms and a room that accommodates a cot. The property benefits
from having 2 bathrooms, both with roll top baths. There is also a separate
shower room.
LOCATION Moorview is
located just outside Port Isaac, made famous as being Port Wenn, the setting
for Doc Martin's. The property is located a few miles from Tintagel to
the north and Padstow to the south. Bodmin Moor is just a view away.
