Gill and Mike, your hosts at Ten Ocean View (who personally supervise the running of the house) are proud to offer a quality bed and breakfast service with everything to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Private parking is available and Mike will be pleased to arrange a golf or fishing trip for you if you so wish.

You may wish to stroll into the town centre - a few minutes walk away - or visit the other beaches which are just as conveniently located. Or you may just like to linger in the guest house garden , which overlooks the sea, relaxing and enjoying the spectacular scenery.

THE GUEST HOUSE

St Ives is set in the stunning scenery of West Cornwall. With its cobbled streets, steep slopes, and secret corners, an unexpected delight unfolds at almost every turn. Cornwall has an other-world charm and St Ives embodies that special feeling. Artists and craftspeople have made the area famous and continue to be drawn to St. Ives and there are many studios and galleries to browse around where you can watch them at work.

St Ives means quaint old-fashioned charm ... cream teas ... quiet walks at sunset along the beach .... and at the end of the day you go back to your lovely room at Ten Ocean View to sink into a relaxing sleep in pristine, fresh white linen

Accommodation

Ten Ocean View offers a choice of four rooms as follows:

• 1 king size double with fantastic views over Porthmeor beach and Island with ensuite bathroom with spa bath, shower and bidet.
• 1 king size double also with views over Porthmeor beach, island and Clodgy, ensuite shower room.
• 1 twin bedded room with ensuite shower room.
• 1 double room with ensuite shower room.
• All rooms have remote control colour TV, hairdryers, clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities.

ROOM 1  :  double room with ensuite shower room.	£75 per night
ROOM 2 : super king size bed/twin bedded room with ensuite shower.	£85 per night
ROOM 3 : king size double with fantastic views over Porthmeor beach and Island with ensuite bathroom with spa bath, shower and bidet.	£95 per night
ROOM 4 : king size double also with views over Porthmeor beach, island and Clodgy, ensuite shower room.	£90 per night
Rates The rates above are per room per night based on two adults sharing. Rates are inclusive of breakfast and VAT and are priced per room. There is a £10 supplement for a single night's stay. Minimum Length of Stay There is a minimum booking period of three nights at peak times and in high season. A minimum stay of three nights applies at New Year. Children We regret that we are unable to cater for children under 10 years. Fire Safety The guest house holds a current Fire Certificate Pets Unfortunately pets are not catered for. Smoking For the comfort of residents, smoking is not allowed in the house. Booking Fee A booking fee equivalent to one night's stay is required. Cancellation Policy To secure a booking a non-returnable deposit of one night's stay is required. Should reservations be cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, Ten Ocean View reserves the right to charge the full amount. We will endeavour to re-let the room but would recommend that you take out your own cancellation insurance. Most cards accepted.
