The rates above are per room per night based on two adults sharing. Rates are inclusive of full English breakfast and VAT priced per room. High Season - 1 June to 30 September, Christmas and Easter. Please note that there is a minimum booking period of three nights at peak times and in high season. We regret that pets are not catered for. Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Private parking is available and Mike will be pleased to arrange a golf or fishing trip for you if you so wish.

You may wish to stroll into the town centre - a few minutes walk away - or visit the other beaches which are just as conveniently located. Or you may just like to linger in the guest house garden , which overlooks the sea, relaxing and enjoying the spectacular scenery.

• 1 king size double with fantastic views over Porthmeor beach and Island with ensuite bathroom with spa bath, shower and bidet.
• 1 king size double also with views over Porthmeor beach, island and Clodgy, ensuite shower room.
• 1 twin bedded room with ensuite shower room.
• 1 double room with ensuite shower room.
• All rooms have remote control colour TV, hairdryers, clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities.
