Tanglin is a three bedroom bungalow and is situated on a residential cul de sac off the coastal road. It has grassed area to the front as well as parking on the driveway.

At the rear there is a large grassed area ideal for games etc. To the seaward side of the property there is an open space so the sea can be seen in the distance.

It is approximately 250 yards of level walk to the beach. The large sandy beach is a well known surfing and swimming beach which is patrolled by life guards.

ACCOMMODATION

• The bungalow has three bedrooms
• Bedroom One with a double bed
• Bedroom Two has two singles (3ft), French doors leading into the rear garden where there is a barbeque bench.
• Bedroom Three has 3ft bunks.
• Living area consists of a lounge diner with TV & DVD, two settees and a pine dining table and chairs.
• The kitchen has electric cooker, fridge freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave toaster etc.
• The bathroom has bath with electric shower over, toilet and hand basin.
• There is also a separate toilet accessed from the porch area.

Tanglin is well equipped for six people. The beds are equipped with pillows and duvets, but no bedding is supplied.

BUDE AND NORTH CORNWALL

There is a small provisions shop a few hundred yards along the coastal road towards Bude at which fresh fish, newspapers and general foodstuffs can be bought. The pub is also within easy walking distance. There is also a beach shop within the car park area next to the beach.

The beach is a clean dog free beach during the summer months. There are coastal paths leading to Bude to the north and to the second part of Widemouth and beyond to the south.

Bude is approximately 3 miles away and has many holiday amenities, which include Golf course, Tennis courts, out of town Splash pool and nearby supermarket, plus many pubs, restaurants and shops. There are many tourist destinations, which are easily reached from this area.
