The accommodation is a 1st floor apartment with it's own entrance and private patio. The flat consists of: a fully carpeted living area with dining table & chairs, sofa-bed, coffee table, TV, DVD player and CD/HiFi.

The sofa-bed can be used by the third person.

A room divider separates the living/kitchen area and here you will find a fully fitted kitchen which includes electric cooker, microwave and refrigerator.

Bedroom - sleeps 2

The bedroom is carpeted and has a double bed with duvet/pillows, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. All bed linen is provided. Lovely sea-view.

Bathroom

The bathroom leads off the bedroom and lounge and has both bath & shower. Please bring your own personal towels. Lovely sea-view

There is parking for one vehicle.

Patio

At the rear of the apartment there is a large private south facing patio with barbeque (on request). The patio overlooks the countryside and sea.

In addition, there is a 1st floor outside seating area with spectacular views over the countryside to the sea and fantastic views of the sunset.

The patio area is very secure and there is plenty of room for windsurfers, kayaks and surfboards etc. There is also a hose and sink for cleaning equipment. Please do not take wet items into the flat.
